End User License Agreement (EULA) for Free Indeed
Effective Date: 4/22/2026
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Ebri Education (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your use of the Free Indeed mobile application (“App”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use the App for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or using the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
The App is intended for parents and caregivers, not for direct use by children.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and current information
Maintain the security of your login credentials
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
You may delete your account at any time within the App. Upon deletion, your account data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.
4. Subscriptions and Purchases
The App offers optional in-app purchases, including additional language card content.
Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your app store account
We do not store or have access to your full payment information.
5. Content and Use of the App
The App provides:
Language development tools
Activities and resources
Access to an external community platform
All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical, therapeutic, or clinical advice.
6. External Services
The App may link to third-party services, including Skool.
These services are not owned or controlled by us
Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their own terms and policies
We are not responsible for third-party content or practices
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the App for harmful, abusive, or unlawful purposes
Share false, misleading, or inappropriate content
Attempt to disrupt or compromise the App’s functionality
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for violations.
8. Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including:
Language cards
Text, graphics, and design
Branding and materials
Is owned by Ebri Education or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate this Agreement.
You may stop using the App at any time.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
That the App will be uninterrupted or error-free
That the App will meet all expectations
Any specific outcomes related to child development or communication
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ebri Education shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, use, or access
Outcomes related to use of the App
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ebri Education from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the App
Your violation of this Agreement
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
14. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
